Chief Richard Stein

Chief Richard Stein is the driving force behind All Florida Security Training Center and the heart of its mission to empower future security professionals. With over 30 years in the criminal justice field, he has dedicated his career to equipping students with the tools, skills, and confidence to excel in their careers.

A Lifetime of Accomplishments

Chief Stein’s impressive resume highlights his commitment to leadership and excellence:

Business Leadership: Owner of All Florida Bail Bonds, Inc. (since 1998) and AFBB Inc. Investigations & Security Services (since 2010).

Education and Public Service:

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.
- Serves as an Advisory Council Board Member for the Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Licensing since 2018.
- Florida Notary Public since 1992 plus so much more…

Lieutenant John Briney (Former Instructor)

Although now retired from teaching, Lieutenant John Briney is the driving force behind All Florida Security Training Center and the heart of its mission to empower future security professionals. With over 25 years in the criminal justice field, he has dedicated his career to equipping students with the tools, skills, and confidence to excel in their careers.

A Distinguished Career

Berrien County Sheriff’s Department (Michigan):
- 26 ½ years of service.
- Commander of the Bomb Squad for 23 years.
- SWAT Team Member for 13 years, specializing in explosive breaching.
- Managed key divisions, including road patrol, narcotics, and the detective bureau.
Port St. Lucie Police Department (Florida):
- 12 years as an Evidence Manager and Reserve Police Officer.

Lieutenant Briney’s dedication to teaching was matched by his passion for preparing students with real-world skills and insights. His approachable nature and ability to share practical lessons from his career made every class engaging and memorable. Even in retirement, his legacy continues to inspire future security professionals.

Richard Wilson

Richard Wilson joined All Florida Security Training Center in 2023, bringing a 31-year law enforcement career and decades of instructional expertise. With a unique blend of law enforcement knowledge and martial arts mastery, Richard’s lessons are dynamic, practical, and unforgettable.

A Career in Law Enforcement

Mr. Wilson’s career spanned multiple jurisdictions, where he served in a variety of critical roles:

City of Fairfax, Virginia Police Officer (5 years).
Fauquier County, Virginia Sheriff’s Deputy (4 years).
City of Port St. Lucie Police Officer (22 years):

Road Patrol Operations Officer and member of the Crime Prevention Task Force.
Detective/Investigator in the Criminal Investigations Division.
Executive Director of the Police Athletic League, mentoring youth in the community.

After retiring in 2018, Richard devoted himself to teaching, sharing the knowledge and skills he gained over his distinguished career.
