Richard Stein: A Legacy of Leadership
Richard Stein, our Chief Security Manager, is the driving force behind All Florida Security Services.
With decades of experience in criminal justice and security services, Richard has built a legacy rooted in dedication, professionalism, and a deep commitment to safety.
His extensive background proves his expertise and leadership, while his accolades show his impact on the industry and community.
Accomplishments:
Founder and CEO
Richard has been the owner of All Florida Bail Bonds Inc. since 1998 and All Florida Security Services Inc. since 2010, demonstrating his longstanding commitment to providing top-quality security and investigation services across Florida.
Law Enforcement Expertise
Richard served as a law enforcement-trained and certified K-9 handler for 18 years, further enhancing his hands-on experience in the field; as well as nearly 8 years under the Broward Sheriffs’ tutelage. He is also a Statewide Law Enforcement Firearm Class-K Instructor, providing specialized training to law enforcement professionals.
Education and Certifications
Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology, and he is a Certified Master Bail Bondsman through the PBUS. His certifications also include roles as a Chief Range Safety Officer, Certified First Aid/AED/CPR Instructor through the American Red Cross, Stop The Bleed Instructor certified by the DoD & American College of Surgeons, Certified Firearm’s Instructor & Concealed Weapons Permit Instructor with the NRA & The USCCA, and an ATF FFL Dealer. His wide array of certifications underscores the quality of his comprehensive understanding of security and safety.
Leadership and Advocacy
Richard has served as the Past President of the Broward County Bail Bonds Association for over six years, showcasing his leadership within the industry. He is also a current Advisory Council Board Member for the Florida Department of Agriculture’s Division of Licensing, where he plays a vital role in shaping the future of security standards in Florida.
Instructor Excellence
Richard dedicates himself to training the next generation of security professionals and enhancing the skills of current officers. He is a Certified Security Officer Instructor for both Armed and Unarmed officers, and he leads various courses including Unarmed Security Class-D, Armed Security Class-G, and specialized courses such as Shotgun/Rifle Add-on ‘G’ and First Aid/CPR/AED Certification. Less-than lethal weaponry is also very important for an unarmed officer. Richard and his team excel in the practical and tactical use of handcuffs, pepper spray, batons, Taser devices, and more. Before joining All Florida Security, Tina spent over 10 years leading a faith-based residential drug recovery ministry in Stuart, FL, where she helped nearly a thousand men rebuild their lives.
