Property Protection Services for Tequesta Homes and Businesses

Tequesta homes, docks and businesses need security that covers both the land side and the water side. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for residential communities, marinas, clubs and businesses across the village. Boating shapes daily life here, so security often starts at the docks. Marinas line the Intracoastal Waterway just north of the Jupiter Inlet, and many residents keep boats at private docks behind their homes, where they sit outdoors overnight.

A dock is easy to reach from the water and hard to see from the street. At marinas, officers post at the main gate, where access control keeps the docks limited to slip holders and their guests. After dark, our security patrol services walk the docks, checking lines, gates and dock boxes on each round. Officers log every stop, so dockmasters and boat owners can see what was checked overnight.

How Our Security Company Covers Tequesta Properties

Every Tequesta post is backed by supervisors and dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. GPS locates each officer, and every patrol tour and checkpoint flows into a real-time report. That visibility matters on projects like the country club’s approved clubhouse replacement, where staging areas and stored materials need watching after crews leave. Managers can read each day’s report in the client portal without waiting for a phone call.

For neighborhoods and homes that don’t need a full-time post, we run scheduled patrols in marked vehicles through streets, gates and common areas. When a property needs guards on short notice, such as after a hurricane knocks out power or alarms, we move quickly to staff the post. We can also provide fire watch while alarm or sprinkler systems are down, keeping a building covered until repairs are finished.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

Benefits of Hiring Our Security Guards in Tequesta

GPS-Tracked Officers

GPS tracks every officer on post. When a patrol covers a long run of slips or private docks, the route record shows each one was actually checked.

Officers With Field Experience

Many of our officers come from law enforcement or military service. At a members-only club entrance, that experience helps them turn away uninvited guests politely but firmly.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your Tequesta property needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover its gates and docks.

State Licensed and Insured

We hold Florida Department of Agriculture Security Agency License B1200299. Our general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance policies carry zero loss runs in 26 years.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

Marked Patrol Vehicles

Our patrol cars carry markings and light bars. Parked at a marina gate after dark, one tells passersby the property is watched before they reach the docks.

Short-Notice 24-Hour Staffing

One client needed 24-hour guards on a few days’ notice. We staffed the post and kept it covered for months without a gap, with daily reports throughout.

Armed or Unarmed Coverage

Unarmed officers suit clubhouse doors and marina gates, while armed security guards fit sites storing high-value boats or equipment. We can cover one property or several.

Free Security Consultation

Every engagement starts with a free consultation. We learn how your property runs, from boat traffic to club events, then propose officers, posts and hours to match.
