Our security officers are vetted by our extensive pre-employment screening to be certain that they are trained and have a disposition of protecting souls and assets. A large portion of our security staff have come through our All Florida Security Training Center for licensure and/or continuing education. They have been hand picked either for their extensive experience in the industry or for their educational experience, connection to management, and their overall attitude. Site Supervisors are charged with conducting the site survey and analysis, selecting, guard training, and scheduling the officers based upon your specific requirements, assigning security posts, creating the patrols layouts in various patterns, placing of checkpoints and GPS beacons on site for quality monitoring of officers; thus, implementing your specified protocol of duties and acting as a liaison in between our officers and your company.
