Courses & Classes

Because seating is limited, a $99 reservation deposit is required at the time of registration and becomes non-refundable 5 business days prior to your scheduled class.  If class starts on a Monday then rescheduling or cancelation has to be determined by the previous Wednesday by 5pm. 

Refunds (when eligible):

• • A 2% credit/debit card processing fee will be deducted from all card transactions.

  • Any promotion, coupon, offer, or discount will be revoked if used outside of its valid date range.

  • If a refund must be issued by check, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted in addition to any processing fees.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule one time only.

• The new class date must be within 30 days of the original class date.

• Registrations are transferable to another student, but all policies still apply.

Illness Policy:

• If you are sick before class begins, you may provide a hospital or urgent care note to be rescheduled to the next available class.

• If you become ill the first day or during the course, you may finish the remainder online to avoid forfeiting your registration; however, you will be responsible for the $55 proctored exam fee.

Forfeiture of Fees:
All payments will be forfeited if a student:

• Arrives late, leaves early, no-show, or partial attendance

• Voluntarily or involuntarily withdraws

• Violates the course student agreement
