Security Guard Services for Royal Palm Beach Businesses and Neighborhoods

Royal Palm Beach’s shopping centers and gated neighborhoods each need security that fits how they operate. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for retail plazas, offices, HOAs and residential communities across the village. Much of the commercial activity sits along Southern Boulevard and State Road 7, home to centers like Southern Palm Crossing and big-box stores such as Walmart and Lowe’s. Our officers cover entrances, standing posts and parking areas.

Big retail sites come with big parking lots, and those lots need watching as much as the stores do. Inside, our officers work with store staff on retail theft prevention, staying visible near entrances and high-value aisles. After closing, they patrol the lots while cars are still parked. Many of our officers come from military or law enforcement careers, so they handle tense moments at a store entrance with steady judgment.

Residential Security Services Across Royal Palm Beach

Away from the corridors, Royal Palm Beach is mostly homes, with more than 14,000 housing units across its neighborhoods and gated communities. Our officers staff gatehouses, check in visitors and log each patrol checkpoint. Those logs reach the client portal in real time, so an HOA board can see what happened at the gate overnight without chasing updates. Supervisors and dispatchers stay on duty around the clock behind every post.

Not every property needs a full-time post. Our security patrol services send marked vehicles on scheduled rounds through plazas, office parks and neighborhood entrances. For large gatherings, like the festivals that draw thousands of visitors to Commons Park, we can add officers at entrances and parking areas. When a property needs guards quickly, we move fast to staff the post. One client had 24-hour coverage in place within a few days.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The class days were long but made to feel like I was happy to be there. Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a Retired Deputy Sheriff, and have Done Private Security for over 8 years now, needless to say I have Trained with multiple agencies and Schools, and I have to say with out a Doubt that this is By Far the top Security School I have ever Trained with, Not only did they thoroughly cover every aspect in the class but we’re so helpful in breaking down and explaining the things that you didn’t quite understand. Even working with you one on one and also extremely patient with every student regardless of experience, I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone who is just looking to obtain their security guard license Or Armed Guard License Right up to very specialized courses if you choose to take them. Not only will I be back but I would Highly recommend them to anyone I meet that needs these classes !!!

Benefits of Our Security Company in Royal Palm Beach

GPS-Tracked Officers

GPS locates every officer on site, and real-time reports show each tour and checkpoint. On a large Westside or Northside lot, you can confirm the perimeter was covered.

Armed or Unarmed Officers

Choose unarmed officers for gatehouses and storefronts, or armed security guards where a site’s risk calls for them. Coverage can run at one property or several.

Marked Patrol Vehicles

Our patrol cars carry markings and light bars. On a wide lot off Southern Boulevard, people spot one from rows away, which discourages trouble before it starts.

State Licensed and Insured

We hold Florida Department of Agriculture Security Agency License B1200299. Our general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance policies carry zero loss runs in 26 years.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your property needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover its gates and doors.

24/7 Supervisors and Dispatch

Supervisors and dispatchers stay on duty around the clock. They can send officers or resources to an incident, or add patrols wherever your property needs a closer watch.

Uniforms Matched to the Site

Officers wear site-specific Class A or Class B uniforms. A formal look suits a gatehouse post, while officers patrolling open lots get weather gear for summer downpours.

Free Security Consultation

Every engagement starts with a free consultation. We learn how your property runs, then propose the mix of armed or unarmed officers, posts and hours that fits it.
