Security Guard Company Serving Palm Beach Gardens Properties and Communities

Palm Beach Gardens properties, from club communities to new construction on the west side, each need security that fits how they run. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for gated communities, shopping centers, offices and job sites across the city. Palm Beach Gardens counts 12 golf courses inside its limits, many anchoring private club communities, while Avenir is adding more than 3,900 homes along Northlake Boulevard. Our officers cover gatehouses and entrances.

At community gatehouses, officers check in every visitor and log each entry. On construction sites, they check deliveries during the day and keep closed lots secure after crews leave, protecting the appliances, wiring and lumber left overnight. Many of our officers come from military or law enforcement careers, so they enforce site and community rules with calm, steady judgment. Each round is logged, so managers and builders can see exactly what was checked.

How Our Security Company Protects Palm Beach Gardens Around the Clock

Every Palm Beach Gardens post is backed by supervisors and dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. GPS locates each officer on site, and every patrol tour and checkpoint flows into a real-time report. Community managers and builders can open the client portal at any hour to check the officer schedule, read the latest reports or see where officers are right now.

Large events need extra officers. Each year, the Cognizant Classic draws thousands of golf fans to PGA National, and private galas and club tournaments create the same demands on a smaller scale. We can add officers at entrances and parking areas for the dates you need. For properties that don’t need a full-time post, our security patrol services send marked vehicles on scheduled rounds through lots, gates and common areas.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The class days were long but made to feel like I was happy to be there. Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a Retired Deputy Sheriff, and have Done Private Security for over 8 years now, needless to say I have Trained with multiple agencies and Schools, and I have to say with out a Doubt that this is By Far the top Security School I have ever Trained with, Not only did they thoroughly cover every aspect in the class but we’re so helpful in breaking down and explaining the things that you didn’t quite understand. Even working with you one on one and also extremely patient with every student regardless of experience, I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone who is just looking to obtain their security guard license Or Armed Guard License Right up to very specialized courses if you choose to take them. Not only will I be back but I would Highly recommend them to anyone I meet that needs these classes !!!

Benefits of Hiring Our Security Guards in Palm Beach Gardens

GPS-Tracked Officers

GPS tracks every officer on post. On a construction site spread across several phases, the location record shows each patrol actually reached the far end of the property.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your Palm Beach Gardens property needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover its gates.

Armed or Unarmed Officers

Unarmed officers suit gatehouses and lobbies, while armed security guards fit sites holding high-value equipment. We can cover a single property or several under one plan.

State Licensed and Insured

We hold Florida Department of Agriculture Security Agency License B1200299. Our general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance policies carry zero loss runs in 26 years.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

24/7 Supervisors and Dispatch

Supervisors and dispatchers stay on duty around the clock. They can send officers or resources to an incident, or add patrols wherever your property needs a closer watch.

Client Portal Access

Every client gets portal access to officer schedules, real-time reports and GPS locations. A club manager or builder can review overnight activity before the day begins.

Short-Notice 24-Hour Staffing

Need guards before a build starts? We once staffed a 24-hour post on a few days’ notice and kept it covered for months without a gap.

Site-Specific Uniforms

Officers wear site-specific Class A or Class B uniforms. A polished look suits a club gatehouse, while officers on outdoor job-site posts get security weather gear.
