Orlando, FL

Licensed security guards for Orlando businesses, apartment communities and venues. 24/7 supervisors and dispatch, GPS-tracked officers and marked patrols.

Commercial Security Services for Orlando Businesses and Communities

Orlando properties range from convention-district hotels to new apartment communities, and each needs security built around how it runs. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for businesses, offices, residential communities and venues across the city. Along International Drive, the Orange County Convention Center alone covers about 7 million square feet, and the hotels and restaurants around it fill with every major show. Our officers cover entrances, lobbies and parking areas at each property.

Our residential security services keep pace with Orlando’s apartment boom, with more than 17,500 units under construction across the metro at the start of 2026. New communities need officers who control gate and lobby access, watch pools and amenity areas, and keep move-in traffic orderly. Where a community is still building out, we can also provide construction site monitoring for the phases that aren’t finished yet, so materials stay protected until residents arrive.

Security Company Oversight for Every Orlando Post

Every Orlando post is backed by supervisors and dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Officers carry GPS on site, and each patrol tour and checkpoint flows into a real-time report. Property managers can open the client portal at any hour to check the officer schedule, read the latest reports or see exactly where officers are right now, without picking up the phone.

Not every Orlando property needs a full-time post. Our security patrol services send marked vehicles with light bars to check office parks, retail plazas and apartment lots on a set schedule. Officers log every stop, and each report appears in your portal right away. When a property needs guards fast, we move quickly. One client had 24-hour coverage staffed within a few days and kept it for months without a gap.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The class days were long but made to feel like I was happy to be there. Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a Retired Deputy Sheriff, and have Done Private Security for over 8 years now, needless to say I have Trained with multiple agencies and Schools, and I have to say with out a Doubt that this is By Far the top Security School I have ever Trained with, Not only did they thoroughly cover every aspect in the class but we’re so helpful in breaking down and explaining the things that you didn’t quite understand. Even working with you one on one and also extremely patient with every student regardless of experience, I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone who is just looking to obtain their security guard license Or Armed Guard License Right up to very specialized courses if you choose to take them. Not only will I be back but I would Highly recommend them to anyone I meet that needs these classes !!!

Benefits of Hiring Our Security Guards in Orlando

Client Portal Access

Every client gets portal access to officer schedules, real-time reports and GPS locations. An Orlando property manager can review overnight activity before the leasing office opens.

Officers With Field Experience

Many of our officers come from military or law enforcement careers. That experience helps at a busy apartment gate or hotel lobby, where calm judgment keeps problems small.

Marked Patrol Vehicles

Our patrol vehicles carry markings and light bars. Parked at an apartment entrance or plaza lot after dark, one shows everyone nearby that the property is watched.

Site-Specific Uniforms

Officers wear site-specific Class A or Class B uniforms. Those posted outdoors also get security weather gear, so patrols continue through Central Florida’s afternoon thunderstorms.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your Orlando property needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover your access points.

24/7 Supervisors and Dispatch

Supervisors and dispatchers stay on duty around the clock. They can send officers or resources to an incident, or add patrols wherever your property needs a closer watch.

Armed or Unarmed Officers

Choose unarmed officers for lobbies and gates, or armed security guards where a site’s risk calls for them. Coverage can run at one Orlando property or several.

State Licensed and Insured

We hold Florida Department of Agriculture Security Agency License B1200299. Our general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance policies carry zero loss runs in 26 years.
