Miami, FL

Licensed security guards for Miami condo towers, office buildings and businesses in South Florida. Lobby access control, 24/7 dispatch and real-time reports.

Security Company Protecting Miami’s Residential and Commercial Towers

Miami’s high-rise towers need security that works at every level, from the street-front lobby to the parking garage. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for condominium and apartment towers, office buildings, hotels and businesses across the city. With more than 300 high-rises, Miami has the third-largest skyline in the country, and each tower brings its own daily mix of residents, tenants, contractors and visitors for officers to manage.

Our residential security services start at the front desk, where officers greet residents, log every visitor and delivery, and provide access control security at elevators and garage gates. Many older towers are also scheduling structural repairs under Florida’s milestone inspection law, which brings contractors through the building daily. Officers check each worker in and keep work zones closed to residents. In office towers, officers enforce badge access and walk each floor after hours.

How Our Professional Security Officers Cover Miami Properties

Every Miami post is backed by supervisors and dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. GPS locates each officer in the building or on the grounds, and every patrol tour and checkpoint flows into a real-time report. Building managers can open the client portal at any hour to check the officer schedule, read the latest reports or see where officers are right now.

Miami’s shopping centers, office parks and garages also need coverage that continues after business hours. Our security patrol services send marked vehicles on scheduled rounds through lots, loading docks and parking decks, and officers log every stop. During South Florida’s hurricane season, we can staff posts on short notice when a storm leaves a building without power or working alarms. We also provide fire watch until those systems are restored.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The class days were long but made to feel like I was happy to be there. Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your Miami property needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover its lobbies.

Officers With Field Experience

Many of our officers come from military or law enforcement careers. That background helps at a busy front desk, where calm, firm judgment keeps a lobby running smoothly.

Client Portal Access

Every client can view officer schedules, real-time reports and GPS locations in our portal. A logistics manager can check overnight yard activity before the first truck arrives.

Armed or Unarmed Officers

Choose unarmed officers for lobbies and front desks, or armed security guards where a site’s risk calls for them. Coverage can run at one tower or several.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

Client Portal Access

Every client gets portal access to officer schedules, real-time reports and GPS locations. A Miami building manager can review overnight activity before the morning rush begins.

24/7 Supervisors and Dispatch

Supervisors and dispatchers work around the clock. They can send officers or resources to an incident, or add patrols wherever your property needs a closer watch.
