Juno Beach Condos

Licensed security guards for Juno Beach residential buildings, communities and businesses. Lobby access control, beach-side night patrols and 24/7 dispatch.

Residential Security Services Across Juno Beach

Juno Beach properties need security that keeps working while their owners are away. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for residential buildings, homeowner communities and businesses across town. Much of the housing here is seasonal, and the 2020 census found more than a third of units vacant. The beach out front is also one of the world’s densest sea turtle nesting areas, so beachfront lighting is restricted from March through October.

Empty units and darker beachfronts both call for people on the ground. In residential buildings, officers start at the lobby, providing access control security and checking every visitor and contractor against the association’s list. On the beach side, where turtle rules limit outdoor lighting, our security patrol services cover walkways and parking on foot after dark. Officers log each round, so owners away for the season know the property was checked.

How Our Security Company Protects Juno Beach Properties

Every Juno Beach post is backed by supervisors and dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. GPS locates each officer on site, and every patrol tour and checkpoint flows into a real-time report. Board members and owners can open the client portal from anywhere to check the officer schedule or read the latest reports, which matters when many owners spend part of the year elsewhere.

Storm season brings its own security needs. Hurricane season runs from June through November, and many of Juno Beach’s buildings face the ocean directly. After a storm, a building can lose power along with its alarm or sprinkler systems while owners are out of town. Our 24 hour security services keep officers posted until repairs are finished. When fire protection systems are down, we also provide fire watch until they’re restored.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The class days were long but made to feel like I was happy to be there. Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a Retired Deputy Sheriff, and have Done Private Security for over 8 years now, needless to say I have Trained with multiple agencies and Schools, and I have to say with out a Doubt that this is By Far the top Security School I have ever Trained with, Not only did they thoroughly cover every aspect in the class but we’re so helpful in breaking down and explaining the things that you didn’t quite understand. Even working with you one on one and also extremely patient with every student regardless of experience, I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone who is just looking to obtain their security guard license Or Armed Guard License Right up to very specialized courses if you choose to take them. Not only will I be back but I would Highly recommend them to anyone I meet that needs these classes !!!

Benefits of Our Security Guard Services in Juno Beach

Real-Time Client Portal

Schedules, patrol reports and officer locations sit in one client portal. A Juno Beach owner away for the season can check the building as easily as the board.

Uniforms and Weather Gear

Officers wear site-specific Class A or Class B uniforms. A polished look suits a building lobby, while weather gear keeps beach-side patrols going through coastal downpours.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your Juno Beach building needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover its lobby.

State Licensed and Insured

We hold Florida Department of Agriculture Security Agency License B1200299. Our general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance policies carry zero loss runs in 26 years.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

Briefed on Turtle Lighting Rules

Officers on beachfront posts are briefed on Juno Beach’s sea turtle lighting rules, so night patrols work within the town’s ordinance instead of against it.

Officers With Field Experience

Many of our officers come from law enforcement or military service. At a lobby front desk, that shows in how calmly they handle a persistent, unexpected visitor.

Armed or Unarmed Coverage

Most lobbies need an unarmed officer, while some properties call for armed security guards. We can staff a single building or several neighboring ones under one plan.

Free Security Consultation

Every engagement starts with a free consultation. We learn how your building runs, including when owners are in residence, then propose officers, posts and hours to match.
