Property Protection Services for a Growing Fort Myers

Fort Myers is growing fast, and every new building, neighborhood and business needs protection from day one. All Florida Security Services provides licensed security guards for commercial properties, residential communities, offices and construction sites across the city. Fort Myers, the gateway to Southwest Florida, grew an estimated 17.6 percent between 2020 and 2025, to about 101,500 residents. Our officers cover entrances, standing posts and patrol routes at each property we protect.

New construction leaves materials, tools and equipment on open sites overnight, often with no one around. Our construction site security keeps those sites closed after crews leave. During the day, officers check workers and deliveries at the gate against the builder’s schedule. Many of our officers come from military or law enforcement careers, so they enforce site rules with steady judgment. Each round is logged, so builders can review exactly what was checked.

How Our Security Guard Company Covers Fort Myers Properties

Every Fort Myers post is backed by supervisors and dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. GPS locates each officer on site, and every patrol tour and checkpoint flows into a real-time report. Property managers and builders can open the client portal at any hour to check the officer schedule, read the latest reports or see where officers are right now.

Fort Myers knows how quickly a storm can change a property’s security needs. Hurricane Ian caused catastrophic damage here in September 2022. After a storm, we can staff posts on short notice to protect damaged or empty buildings. We also provide fire watch while alarm or sprinkler systems are down. Between storms, our security patrol services send marked vehicles on scheduled rounds through neighborhoods, plazas and office parks.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed 24 hour security at our building with just a few days notice. Not only did they get the shifts staffed, but the guards were very professional. They worked for a few months and there was never any gap in service. Communication was spot on, daily reports, and a friendly staff.
Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The class days were long but made to feel like I was happy to be there. Between the instructor and the staff I was made to feel so welcome that I felt I had known them for years. The instructor made everything easy to understand and turned learning into a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the Class D unarmed security officer course back in January of 2026. The instruction and teachers were well educated and informative. To me,nothing can compare to learning from people who have "been there" and then give that knowledge to others. I do intend to be taking the armed course from this facility in the near future. As a person going into a entirely new profession,I benefited by all I learned,as well as interacting with other students in the class, especially those who had prior military/law enforcement experience.

I am a Retired Deputy Sheriff, and have Done Private Security for over 8 years now, needless to say I have Trained with multiple agencies and Schools, and I have to say with out a Doubt that this is By Far the top Security School I have ever Trained with, Not only did they thoroughly cover every aspect in the class but we’re so helpful in breaking down and explaining the things that you didn’t quite understand. Even working with you one on one and also extremely patient with every student regardless of experience, I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone who is just looking to obtain their security guard license Or Armed Guard License Right up to very specialized courses if you choose to take them. Not only will I be back but I would Highly recommend them to anyone I meet that needs these classes !!!

Benefits of Hiring Our Security Guards in Fort Myers

Short-Notice 24-Hour Staffing

One client needed 24-hour guards on a few days’ notice. We staffed the post and kept it covered for months without a gap, with daily reports throughout.

GPS-Tracked Officers

GPS locates every officer on site, and real-time reports show each tour and checkpoint. On a large Fort Myers job site, you can confirm every section was checked.

Client Portal Access

Every client gets portal access to officer schedules, real-time reports and GPS locations. A builder or property manager can review overnight activity before crews arrive.

Armed or Unarmed Officers

Choose unarmed officers for gates and lobbies, or armed security guards where a site’s risk calls for them. Coverage can run at one property or several.

Family-Owned Since 1998

Richard and Tina Stein founded All Florida Security Services in 1998 and still run it day to day, so the owners themselves stand behind every post we staff.

Immediate Response Times

Our dispatch line answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your Fort Myers property needs officers fast, we move quickly to cover its gates.

Marked Patrol Vehicles

Our patrol vehicles carry markings and light bars. Parked at a construction gate or neighborhood entrance after dark, one shows passersby that the property is watched.

24/7 Supervisors and Dispatch

Supervisors and dispatchers stay on duty around the clock. They can send officers or resources to an incident, or add patrols wherever your property needs a closer watch.

State Licensed and Insured

We hold Florida Department of Agriculture Security Agency License B1200299. Our general liability, workers’ compensation and auto insurance policies carry zero loss runs in 26 years.
