This course is taught by a USCCA Certified Instructor, NRA Law Enforcement Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer.
Important Safety Procedures:
- Fundamentals of shooting; focusing on your grip, trigger, stance & sights
- Pistol safety, parts, and pistol storage
- Range environment, etiquette, and safety commands
Practicals You’ll Learn:
- Disassemble and reassemble
- Clean and properly maintain
- Load your magazine cartridges
- Clear common pistol stoppages
- Store and conceal your firearm
Practicals we will Perform:
The fundamentals of shooting: grip, stance, aiming, sight alignment, trigger control, and follow-through
Dry fire shooting – First with rubber guns, then laser training pistols
- Simulation shooting – with laser training pistols
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- You DO require your own firearm to take this class.
- You DO require a pistol cleaning kit and pad
- It is recommended to have your pistol’s manual for reference
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must be 21 years of age or older.
2. You must be able to demonstrate competency with a firearm.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Seating is limited; thus, a reservation deposit of $99 is required and non-refundable. Refunds from deposits and paid-in-full registration fees are only available if cancellation is requested 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date; however, a $25 administration fee would apply, and credit card fees deducted. You may only reschedule once and must take the rescheduled class within 30 days of the original scheduled class. Registration is transferable to another student; however, all the same rules apply. Persons who are sick at the start of the class may provide a hospital or urgent care note to be rescheduled for the next class scheduled for a $50 administration fee. If a student becomes ill during the course they may continue the remainder of the course online to not forfeit their registration but will be responsible for the proctored exam. Students will forfeit all their monies who are late-shows, no-shows, voluntary or involuntary withdrawal or violate the course agreement. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and understanding.
